VW T4 SWB – Type 2 DIY flat pack ( adapted )

Please note this is based upon our T5 units with the tall rear cupboard adapted, because the T4 is about 50mm narrower than the T5 , beds like the Scopema rib are a very tight fit, so we would recomend using a rock n roll bed around 42″ wide. We also have not fitted this unit ourselves in a T4 , so it may require some scribing in.

Flat pack kit for DIY construction designed for the short wheel base Vw T5 transporter panel van. Select the finishes you want and the bed / roof type you have. Please choose rock n roll bed if your bed is not listed the front bed panel will be cut to the maximum size allowing you to trim it to size. We recommend the Vitrifrigo C51I as the best fridge to use offering better performance and stylish looks. Our kits are now optimised for this fridge taking advantage of  its side blowing cooling fan. VW T4’s require 42″ 107cm WIDTH BEDS or narrower
– T4/5/6 require 15mm total floor thickness – Add notes if thicker and state total floor thickness.
– T4/5/6 Fits a standard van configuration – Add notes for twin sliding doors, rear Aircon unit or non standard features.
Do not use large one piece ply lining.
