Designed for the medium wheel base van only

These will not fit on the Long Wheel Base Crafter van because of the following 2 reasons.

1. Externally, the recess on the LWB is smaller and there is not enough flange to trim this down to make work.
2. Internally, there is a large structural pillar that blocks half of the pod. We have had a customer attempt fitting this, but it was not possible to make this work.  

Works with VW Crafter 2017 MWB only onwards

Gives an interior bed dimension when measured from the metal skin of the passenger side rear quarter panel to the interior skin of the fibre glass of between 1930mm to 1975 mm ( 6’4″ to 6’5 1/2″) uninsulated. This is the widest on the UK market and does not require the additional cost of an extended sliding door bracket.

Drivers side rear quarter panel is approximately 115mm deep at its widest point.

Passenger side is approximately 45mm deep at its widest point.

Finished in white, the fibre glass parts will need a light sand before painting to match your vehicle.

You will need to key both the fibre glass inner surface and the van body before bonding with a polyurethane adhesive, we recommend using Sikaflex 252 Structural Adhesive or similar.

Allow 1.5 tubes per side. Best to spray finish

Do not vinyl wrap.

Use a cellulose paint if going for a matt finish, Raptor paint is popular and easy/forgiving to apply. For a Gloss finish use a standard 2 pack car paint

Please note: these are for UK right hand drive vehicles and will not work on EU left hand drive vans.

Optional windows require fitting, this allows you to paint the space pod before bonding the windows.
