Window surround panel is 3mm think available in a range of gloss and satin finishes. Made from Aluminium composite panel with a tough paint finish surface , the material can be cut with a jigsaw and drilled to accept switches and various panels.

VW T4 SWB max length 1404mm

FITTING:

The window surround can fixed with screws at it’s base below the worktop level and velcro tape onto the carpet lining , most the time the surround can be screwed around it’s perimeter  as the these will be hidden by the led light shelf and the rear tall unit. Fit window surround before fitting the units.

VW T5/6 SWB max length1404mm ( cut out size 440 x 980mm )

VW T5/6 SWB +60mm max length 1464mm. Required on kit all SWB kits starting with Evo 5. ( cut out size 440 x 980mm )

VW T5/6 LWB max length 1634mm ( cut out 440 x 980mm )

Note – will not fit a Twin Sliding door van as the C pillar protrudes and the window surround would not sit flat. 

Note –  If fitting van shade blinds the opening locations vary. The cut out is much larger for the window surround and this is off centre to cut out on the van shades.
