The floor is made from an Ultralight sandwich panel with an insulating XPS (extruded polystyrene) core combined with plywood that is made of 100% European poplar ply with lap joints. Due to size this a collection only product. Please note this floor is longer than the factory floor supplied with your van and is designed to be used with our crafter / sprinter kit. Both 4x4 and standard van. Ensure the floor is well bonded ( we have used and can recommend SOUDAFLEX 40FC, other polyurethane adhesives are available ) and the joints are set level before covering with vinyl. Leave a weight over lap joints while the adhesive is setting. Fill and sand joints flat if required.Use commercial grade vinyl, eg. Altro flooring. Avoid domestic foam backed Lino as this will not last.

A plywood board would be need to mount this onto the back wall to mount the rail too.    

Plinth 130mm high for standard fwd crafter as used in Design 3. Come with aluminium trim for curved from edge. Plinth top is cut in plain plywood allowing a vinyl floor to be bonded to the top. Includes aluminium trim to front edge.

Garage Door Bed Step helps with access to the bed and divides the garage area. When the step is in the down positions the large opening gives you some access to the garage area. Designed to work with our kitchens and shower unit and fixed bed platforms. Please note a 700mm x 25mm notch will need to be made in the fixed bed platform as per the images. Please note the Garage Door Step sits 16mm behind the shower and kitchen unit. Please check if your under bed units will be compatible with this as some doors may not open fully and hit this step. Made in 2 sections to be easier to remove. Secured in place with Keku clips which allow this panel to be lifted vertically to be removed. Lwb bed platform, fixes into existing holes using Rivnuts. Bed height is at the same level as the bottom of the rear window cut outs. This bed allows you to sleep length ways down the van. Black birch hex board 12 and 18mm. Rivnut gun required to install.

2 storage units designed to fit under our plywood bed platform for the VW Crafter  + 2017 LONG WHEEL BASE The slimmer unit is designed to house a water tank of around 80 L with space for a water pump and expansion vessel The deeper unit is designed to accommodate a 15kg gas bottle ( optional metal gas box ), 1 or 2 110ah leisure batteries , fuse board electrics  and a Whale expanse water heater.
