- Sorry, due to the kit size and customer support, we only ship to the UK.

How can I get a quote?
- Select the product from our website and enter the required finish to generate the price.
Custom work?
- We don’t take on custom designs, however we can make minor changes such as leaving the worktop uncut, removing doors. We have many designs available on our website, we also sell the Light Weight Ply so you can modify the units to suit.
Left Hand Drive?
- Yes, we can make any unit to fit a Left Hand Drive T5/6, just request this in the notes at the time of order.
T5/6 shuttle, thicker floor?
- Our T5/6 units are designed to fit standard vans with 15mm floor. We can adapt them to suit T5/6 with twin sliding doors and thicker floor, just let us know in the customer notes section.
Come and visit our showroom we are open anytime between 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday til Friday no appointment necessary. Saturdays 10 am til 11am by appointment only. Please call a few days before as we are not always open on Saturday. Sunday closed all day.

This guide addresses the most frequent questions and common issues experienced by our customers, based on our email correspondence.
Section 1: Order Fulfillment & Missing/Faulty Parts

If parts are confirmed missing (e.g., table hardware, decor panels, shower trays, or small aluminium pieces), contact us immediately. We will arrange to have the missing items recut and sent out to you ASAP. We are happy to send the items separately if a delayed item, such as a shower tray, is holding up your build. |
| I have an issue with a door panel that appears to be incorrectly sized or cut (e.g., over-table locker doors). | This can occasionally occur during the edge-banding process. We apologise for the error and inconvenience. Please send us photos of the mismatched doors. We will recut the corrected part(s) and send them out to you ASAP. |
| I have an issue with a part being cut incorrectly or misaligned (e.g., a drop-down leg or door panel holes). | We apologise for any misalignment. Please send us a photo looking directly down at the pre-drilled holes or the affected area to help us assess the issue quickly. Once confirmed, we will recut the corrected part and send it to you immediately. |
| I am missing parts for a third-party appliance or kit (e.g., Truma Combi D 6, or a drawer runner pack). | If it is an EVO Design component (like a drawer runner pack or Quarter round edge trim), we will send the missing items to you immediately. If the missing parts are for a third-party kit (e.g., Truma), the missing parts may not be supplied in the kit that Evo supplied to you. You can order these parts from the manufacturer’s specified agents (e.g., ET Riddiough, Grove Products, Miriad Products, or Nova Leisure). We can also try to assist by contacting our wholesaler. |
| I believe my hexagonal hatch lids are cut upside down. | The way the HEX material is cut means that the hatch lids are manufactured this way around. This is correct, as the lids are designed to be covered by cushions or upholstery, so the hexagon pattern will not be visible. |
Section 2: Assembly and Product Specifications

| My aluminium profile (e.g., for a spice rack) appears too long. | We apologise for the error. The aluminium should be the same height as the spice rack panel as shown in the instructions. You may be able to cut this down to the correct size with a hacksaw after using masking tape to mark the correct height. If this goes wrong, please let us know, and we can send out another set of aluminium profiles. |
| I am having trouble with the main unit assembly, particularly the base. | The piece shown in the instructions that appears to be a “base” is actually the worktop. Our units are initially assembled upside down, with the worktop serving as the starting base during assembly. |
| The light cutout on my toilet roof/panel is in the wrong location and conflicts with a fan I have installed. | The light location may have been recently updated as this is a better location for the light as you walk in. However, if it conflicts with an existing fixture, we will get the piece recut and shipped to you with the light in the original position. |
| I am missing the assembly instructions for my order. | Please email us, and we will send over the correct instructions and diagrams for your order, typically in PDF format. |
| I received drawer backs without edging trim, but with a trim groove. | This is correct. The trim groove is where you apply the knock-on T trim. |
| The drawer brackets I received do not look like the ones in the video or instruction sheet. | Those are the correct brackets. You may have received the higher versions to fit the gallery rails (often shown in the video at step 5 at 1:25), which fit in the main drawer sides exactly the same way. |
| I’d like to purchase an offcut of material, such as 18mm HEX ply. | We can provide materials for custom additions. The smallest size we can provide for 18mm HEX is 1100mm x 1200mm for £125. Please place your order through the designated link on our website, and let us know so we can add it to your existing shipment. |
Section 3: Delivery and Collection

| What is the delivery time for my order? | Pallet deliveries (typically for large kits) take approximately 3 working days to arrive. Smaller parts/post items generally take 1–3 working days depending on your location. |

Section 4: International Orders & Trade Accounts

Can I place an order? | We regret to inform you that, due to the complications and extensive additional paperwork caused by Brexit, we no longer offer shipping services to individuals outside the UK. We have made the difficult decision to limit our shipping services to the UK only to prioritize the smooth operation of our services. |
| I am an EU business and want to set up a trade account. | We are pleased to continue serving businesses within the EU that possess a valid VAT and EORI number. |
| What are the minimum order requirements for EU businesses? | You must order a minimum of 5 units or more of the same design (VW T5 or T6 units only). Unfortunately, we are unable to send any Sprinter or Crafter units due to the size of the panels and the potential issues related to damage, replacement, or missing parts. This decision is non-negotiable. |
| My international (B2B) shipment has been held up by the courier. | Shipments can occasionally face delays in customs. If an international shipment is held for outstanding charges (e.g., duties) or because the consignee (receiver) refused delivery, we can assist by providing your company’s EORI and VAT details and, if necessary, authorizing your UPS account to be billed for the charges to ensure the delivery is completed. |
