Delivery
All off-the-shelf parts listed on our website are available for mail order, subject to stock availability. Collection from our warehouse may also be available by prior arrangement.

DIY flat-pack furniture kits
DIY flat-pack furniture kits are normally sent by pallet delivery on an estimated 3 working day service after dispatch.
Pallet delivery for UK mainland orders is charged at £75.
Saturday delivery may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering if you require a Saturday delivery.
Large parts and non-pallet items
Large parts are normally shipped at a flat rate of £10 per item. Where possible, we will try to pack items together to reduce delivery costs.
For non-pallet items, we normally use DHL or APC on a next-day service where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service available.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. Please read the information below before returning any item.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom-made and made-to-order products
Many of our furniture kits and manufactured units are made to order, made to your specification, or customised to suit your chosen options.
Because of the bespoke nature of these products, custom-made, made-to-order or manufactured-to-specification items cannot be returned or refunded because you have changed your mind, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
If a defect has been caused by Evo Motion Design, we will arrange for the issue to be rectified, replaced or refunded as appropriate.
Off-the-shelf and non-custom items
For off-the-shelf and non-custom items bought online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect resaleable condition, and returned in their original packaging. Any manufacturer’s protective covering should still be attached unless the item is faulty.
How to return an item
Before returning any item, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
If you have started to assemble the item, you should disassemble it to the extent necessary to allow it to be safely returned. However, if disassembly is reasonably likely to cause damage to the item, please leave it assembled and contact us for advice before returning it.
Return postage and collection costs
If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of the return or arrange a suitable collection where appropriate.
If you are returning a non-custom item because it is no longer required or because you have changed your mind, the return postage or collection cost is your responsibility.
For change-of-mind returns, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge paid for the original order where required by law. Any upgraded, Saturday, express or special delivery charges will not be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect will be replaced, repaired or refunded at no expense to the customer, depending on the circumstances.
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please keep the original packaging, as the courier may require this for inspection.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back, where applicable.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
We may make a deduction from the refund if the item has been used, damaged, assembled, modified, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Payments
All online payments made on evomotiondesign.co.uk are processed through our secure payment provider.
Card details are entered on a secure payment page and transferred using SSL technology. Payment is taken in pounds sterling.
We do not store your full card details or sensitive payment information.
