WAREHOUSE COLLECTION or delivery is possible if ‘pallet cut’ option is selected. 3 piece extended floor which goes all the way up to the passenger and driver seat base box. The floor is made from an Ultralight sandwich panel with an insulating XPS (extruded polystyrene) core combined with plywood that is made of 100% European poplar ply with lap joints. Due to size this a collection only product. Please note this floor is longer than the factory floor supplied with your van and is designed to be used with our crafter / sprinter kit. Both 4×4 and standard van. Ensure the floor is well bonded ( we have used and can recommend SOUDAFLEX 40FC, other polyurethane adhesives are available ) and the joints are set level before covering with vinyl. Leave a weight over lap joints while the adhesive is setting. Fill and sand joints flat if required.Use commercial grade vinyl, eg. Altro flooring. Avoid domestic foam backed Lino as this will not last.  

A complete set of panels designed specifically for our Design 2 Layout . Designed to used with our trim rings, do not purchase the trim ring ply panels if buying this kit. You will need to make cutouts in the trim ring ply panels for the space pods windows. These fit with the spice rack and shower B based on using the same position for the units as our Design 2 layout. The apertures for the windows have been left solid  so that YOU  can cut these to suit. ( sliding door and behind drivers seat panel. ) The panels that cover the Space Pods do have cut outset. Cut in 5.5mm beech faced ply.

  2017 model onwards ONLY - VW Crafter roof panels designed to work with existing holes in your van for easy installation. Suitable for wrapping in head lining fabric. PRE DRILLED HOLE FOR PANEL CLIPS ( NOT SUPPLIED ). Only works with 22mm or longer panel clips available  HERE If buying bamboo or birch this will need varnishing on both sides of the board to prevent mould growing. Use a Quick Drying water based clear varnish and apply several thin coats with a mini foam roller. These roof panels are not cut to go around the factory fitted pillar covers  

3 panels which butt up together supplied with predrilled holes for panel clips. To install this roof you will need to props and two people. Supplied without fabric or carpet or panel clips, images show example of finished roof. As standard the cut out for the elevating roof will be left solid. Panels will need to be PVA glued and screwed together before installation. 2017 model onwards ONLY - VW Crafter roof panels. Designed to be glued together using PVA glue or high temperature spray glue using a large hard flat surface ( 8 x 4 sheet of plywood ). Then installed in one piece. Steps to assemble. Glue the panels together using PVA adhesive and apply weight over night on a clean hard flat surface ( 8 x 4 sheet of plywood on the floor. ) Ensure the parts are together with no gaps. Use masking tape to hold the panels together on the birch side until the glue sets. Make sure the jointing strips are not going to interfere with the metal ribs of the van. Using the supplied black marker pens slowly drag the marker pens in one direction in the pre cut grooves. Scrubbing the pen back and forth results in the disintegration of the pen tip which makes a mess, it is better to dwell on an area that needs filling and drag the pens in one direction slowly. Take care not to rush this part and allow the ink to flow from the pens and move slowly. Once the pen dries up, swap pens and store them with the tips down, lids on to allow the ink to move towards the tip. This is a slow process and it will take about an hour to use the supplied black marker pens to get a good finish.  Apply a quick drying water based varnish with a mini foam roller on both sides, apply several coats to the bamboo side and very lightly sand between coats. Install the roof in once large piece, two people will be needed for this process to ensure the roof is not damaged. Use two plaster board props or timber cut to length to hold the roof in place. Carefully locate the roof centrally in the van. When the roof is held up with props is easy to move the roof. Once the position is good drive in the supplied black screws directly into the metal ribs using firm pressure, do not over tighten.   Two people will be required to install this and use plaster board props or timber cut to your ceiling height to hold this in place temporally while until screws are installed. Supplied with Black 3.5 x 15mm screws and 6 black marker pens. Designed to be screwed directly in to the metal roof ribs. Firm pressure needed to start off the screws, be careful not to over tighten and strip the threads. This will need varnishing on both sides of the board. This is a natural product and needs to be stored in a dry, warm location until it can be varnished. The groves are 8mm wide and 2mm deep. These roof panels are not cut to go around the factory fitted pillar covers.

Double seat frame with seat belts designed to be fitted in the rear of the van with fitting kit which ties the seat frame to the chassis. To be used behind the drivers seat for RHD This seat model will work with the mercedes Sprinter and crafter van. It can also be used in the Fiat Ducato but you will need to purchase the 100mm offset bracket to fix the frame to the longitudinal chassis member. This model is also designed to accommodate the Truma Combi 4E heating and hot water system. Bare frame only with seat belts requires a base and upholstery.
