EVO STRONG BLOCK ™, designed to be used with Euro screws or can be used with standard counter sunk screws. Speeds up assembly time when using cnc cut holes at 5mm diameter. Made from Nylon filled plastic for super strength these won’t split or crack when under load suitable for 4×4 offroad vehicle furniture. These are supplied as standard with our furniture .

Designed to replace broken or cracked blocks with identical 24mm hole spacing for direct replacement. Where 3.5 × 15 mm screws have been used previously, they should be replaced with 4 × 15 mm screws to prevent the screw heads from pulling through the larger holes in the replacement block.

Average VW T6 kit will use 80 blocks
