Center folding section is made from 12mm Birch ply black hex. Gas strut supported hinges to assist with folding the bed. Please note when folding and unfolding the bed do so in a controlled manner and do not allow drop the bed until it touches the other side. Narrow storage cupboard on passenger side with 2 doors and openings. Please note if using this with the trim rings the units will come scribed to fit. Please take care when opening and closing the bed mechanism. The bed is supported with a gas piston to help take some of the weight but the user is needed to actively support the bed movement to avoid damaged. Once the bed has been opened and closed a few times. Keep fingers well away from the folding metal hinges during operation.

Flat pack rear bed system to fit the LWB sprinter 2006 onwards or the Crafter 2006 - 2017. This is for the LONG WHEEL BASE VAN. BIRCH PLY WITH TOUGH 15mm BLACK RESIN FINISH. Includes aluminium profiles back of the bed for added strength. Fixed with hex head TEC screws ( supplied ) Rear aluminium section can have an additional extra piece of wood to match the colour of your units pre edge banded, this is an optional extra available at the time of purchasing other furniture elements only.

Sprinter Crafter Flat pack rear bed system designed fit with our rear Space pods or can be trimmed flush if you don't need the extra width. This is for the MEDIUM WHEEL BASE VAN. REAR BED UNIT (A) SPRINTER & Crafter 2006 – 2017 MWB

Sprinter Crafter Flat pack rear bed system designed fit with our rear Space pods without trim rings or can be trimmed flush if you wish to use the trim rings.

Consists of 2 side supporting cupboards and a central removable section.
Side cupboards with gas storage space constructed in light weight ply
Central section is made from 15mm birch ply available in a lacquered natural wood finish or laminated in black, grey or white HPL
Central section can be folded up to allow bicycles or large objects to use the space or completely removed if necessary

Unit can be modified for other vans, please contact us about this. Straight bed unit needs to be used with the 335mm with tall cupboard Internal size depth is 346mm for the passenger side and 215mm for the driver side. This is useful to know if you plan on fitting a water tank. Note - This can fit the LWB but scribing to will be required to fit. Please note if installing a shower adjacent to the bed 376mm more of the wheel arch will be on show in the shower. Note- If using TRIM RINGS the top and uprights will need cutting to size.
